If there is one thing you can say about Elaine Xydis Lipka, it is that she knows what to do in nearly every situation she finds her self in. During her nearly 30 years with the FBI, she has made herself essential to the Bureau by engaging in all sorts of essential activities that many Special Agents find to be too "mundane," or not worth their time. For example, as an investigator, she was responsible for identifying those responsible for certain criminal activities, and also for conducting interviews and collecting evidence with the intention of convicting those responsible for crimes and holding them accountable.

During her tenure at the FBI, Elaine Lipka has kept herself very busy. One of her proudest appointments was as a member of the Joint Terrorism Task Force ( JTTF), which is a multi-agency group of investigators. As a member of that important group, Elaine developed assets/informants and maintained a status as a liaison for many groups who were concerned about the same things. She also worked as part of a team of agents for Special Events Management, where they considered potential security issues and evaluated threats to those involved.

Because she was so highly respected, Elaine Xydis Lipka also acted as a liaison with agencies from a broad spectrum of local, state, federal governments, as well as foreign agencies. She was highly regarded enough to testify in court and in front of grand juries. Elaine also prepared and conducted a large number of briefings to FBI management. She also served as a case agent in a major national domestic terrorism case, and she has served as a prominent member of the Evidence Response Team (ERT). The decades-long FBI career of Elaine Xydis Lipka has been nothing short ofspectacular; quite impressive indeed.Her 30 years at the Bureau had even included 15 years as a Special Agent in the Washington, DC and Denver Field Offices from 1991 and 2005, and as an investigator with the counter-terrorism unit from 2005 until now. Over the years, Elaine has conducted interviews with suspects and then prepared briefings to management, to make sure everyone was in the loop at all times. As a member of the Evidence Response Team (ERT), she conducted physical surveillances and due diligence background investigations. As an educator and trainer, Elaine Lipka has also conducted Active Shooter Awareness and Suspicious Activity/Persons training and reporting. Gathered, organized and analyzed complaint information. She is also highly regarded for her extensive investigative reports.

These days, Elaine Lipka is considered a leader in her community, especially because it is where her family lives, including her twin teenagers. She is considered a very good mother to her teenagers, which is certainly impressive. Having one teenager is a challenge; having two who are the same age is even more impressive. Of course, Elaine Xydis Lipka also has a strong educational background to draw upon and she has been served as a highly respected FBI investigator for several decades, which means she attended the FBI Academy for a while. However, she also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware-Newark. If that’s not enough, she also completed a program at the Philadelphia-based Institute for Paralegal Training. There, she also completed a minor in Sociology.

As a vital member of the internal workings of the FBI's D.C. office, Elaine Xydis Lipka had a hand in the reorganization of systems designed to manage and maintain all necessary litigation documents. She also had a hand in the compilation of such documents, and evidence of all kinds, and she conducted analyses of any and all pertinent documents and trial exhibits. As part of that organization, she also made sure all depositions were properly digested and indexed, and she managed a payment fund for inspection and testing of asbestos content in buildings, including maintaining the asbestos abatement schedule.

However, there are many addi-tional reasons why most see Elaine Xydis Lipka as a great example community com-mitment. Elaine believes very seriously in keeping her family healthy, happy, and safe, and that requires that she raise them in a strong community, so she does what she can to keep it that way.

As much as anything else. Elaine Xydis Lipka places a high value in the important part she plays in her community, which explains why her lead has always been Bothe positive and proactive in her approach. These days, she is seen as something of a liaison between the people in the community and official community leaders. Elaine Xydis Lipka has been a pillar of her community for years now, mostly because of the prominence she now holds as a trusted member of law enforcement community. Working as a criminal justice investigator for more than two decades, she is now among the important players, and she has developed a very specific set of skills in the process; skills that make her indispensable.

As is usually the case when it comes to prominent people who are all well-thought-of by their communities, Elaine Lipka lot made sure she had lots of education starting out. Her education started in 1984-1985 at the Institute for Paralegal Training in Philadelphia.
